i was looking through your gallery and might be able to help you.. i am not really that great myself.. but you definitely have potential..

-the first thing is probablly.. start out by drawing something that you like.. maybe fanart.. or an idea you want to get out of your head.. dont draw because other people want things drawn.. this will make you not want to..

-a second thing is lines.. you seem to concentrate more on lines than shapes.. if you start to concentrate on shapes as guides (they are easy to find on search engines) your lines will come out much smoother and your proportions will be improved a lot.

-third is coloring.. it is a lot of fun to color on computer.. but when you fill in the spaces (after inking your picture of course) dont stop there!! you a lightening/darkening tool to add highlights/lowlights to your picture. this can be used to make eyes look like you spent a lot of time on them.. but really just 2 minutes..
